My name is Saloni Gandhi and I am a lawyer in the Property and Mortgage Services teams. I started with the firm a short while ago and it already feels like somewhere I would like be a part of for a considerable part of my upcoming career.
I hold a double degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Centre for Law.
I have been a property lawyer since the start of my career and a have secret passion for securitization of residential mortgages. I love the thrill of working in a fast paced and high volume environment. I always want to get the best results for my clients, whether it is lenders, borrowers, vendors or first home buyers. My aim is always to try and make the law more accessible to the client so they are always well informed throughout the process.
As a firm believer in a being adaptable and moving with the ever changing time, especially in the era of electronic conveyancing and digital documents, I love working in property law as it puts me at the cutting edge of the intersection between technology and the law. I get to use systems in my day to day work that I find deliver the fastest outcomes to date – it’s an exciting time to be in property law and even more exciting time to be working at Wisewould Mahony.
