My name is Paul Traianedes. I work in the Wills and Estates department here at Wisewould Mahony.
The matters I work cover drafting Wills, Estate Planning, Probate Applications, Deceased Estates, preparing Powers of Attorney, Contested Estates, Trusts, Guardianship and Administration.
Wisewould Mahony is a firm where the people are down to earth, practical and have a wealth of knowledge and experience. The result is a greater and more personalised understanding of the client’s needs in what are usually stressful and complicated situations.
Whilst offering a sympathetic ear to my clients, I also provide them with no-nonsense advice in “plain English” terms. Clients are greatly appreciative of having the law demystified for them and explained how it applies to their circumstances.
Being a lawyer is always challenging and mentally stimulating. Being a lawyer in the area of Wills and Estates is doubly so, as you feel like you also take on quasi roles of psychologist, social worker, mediator and mentor. Never a dull moment.
I believe that the best outcomes for clients are achieved by clear and open communication in relation to understanding their concerns and needs.
