About me
I’m Caroline Harold, and I work in the Workcover common law area.
I started at the firm in 1994 and have never looked back or sideways. I’ve been a partner since 2000.
My work involves providing advice regarding common law claims and acting in litigation in the County and Supreme Courts.
I am based in our Geelong office, where I represent local employers on behalf of Worksafe.
One of the great things about being “local” is that I get to visit my client’s workplaces regularly. This means I have a first hand understanding of how their businesses operate and the issues they contend with.
I really enjoy being part of our Workcover team. We’re committed to each other and to achieving the best outcomes for our clients.
In my area, these are achieved by communicating directly and clearly; by early and thorough preparation and by having a sound knowledge of my area of law.
I try to bring qualities of commitment; professionalism and empathy to my work.
